Where do you manufacture your clothing?
We manufacture in both Los Angeles, California, and China. Depending on what you would like to produce determines where we will manufacture your clothing.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for Los Angeles-based production is 100 pieces per color per style. You can mix and match up to 4 to 5 sizes.
For our China production, the MOQ is 150 pieces per color per style. You can mix up to 5 sizes.
What is a tech pack and do I need it to work with you?
'Tech pack' stands for 'technical package' and is normally done in Microsoft Excel. The tech pack is like a manual or guide for producing your designs. It includes all of the detailed information such as construction, fabric/trims material detail, measurements, technical drawings, pictures, and more.
Tech packs can range from one page long to 12 pages long depending on each individual designer or tech team. It is highly recommended that you have a tech pack for each style that you would like to develop with us. This makes things clear for our factory and it helps you get the style you developed right the first time.
If I don't have a tech pack, can Sovereign Sky do it for me?
Yes, we can definitely help you develop your tech pack for a low fee. It is highly recommended that for each style you have will have an accompanying tech pack.
What is your turnaround time for sampling and production?
Los Angeles production sample lead time is 2 weeks. Production lead time is 3 to 5 weeks depending on the style and quantity.
China production sample lead time is 2 to 4 weeks. Production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks depending on the style and quantity.
Are we able to schedule a meeting with you at your Los Angeles office?
